About Me.

I have over 6 years of experience working in the BPO customer service industry, where I developed a strong skill set and a solid understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a variety of customer bases, including retail, e-commerce, and telecommunications.

I’ve honed my communication skills, both written and verbal, and become proficient in using tools like Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). I take pride in staying calm under pressure, handling difficult situations effectively, and finding practical solutions to meet customer needs.

In addition to customer support, I am proficient in a variety of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and skilled in performing administrative support tasks. These include social media content posting, data entry, document and presentation creation, and basic graphic editing using Canva. I bring a dependable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach to every role I take on.
